Terms of service

  • We take your health and safety very seriously, and are highly selective when it comes to our exhibitors. All expo booths will be clearly marked as one of the following:

o   Dedicated gluten free

o   Gluten-free products made in a shared facility, but thoroughly vetted for proper cross-contamination protocols. These are small businesses that use their own equipment, clean and sanitize thoroughly, and employ rigorous cross-contamination protocols. Items from these kitchens may still be required to include a “shared facility” disclaimer on their labels. We encourage you to chat with them and decide for yourself if you’d like to sample and/or buy.

  • Wicked Gluten Free is not responsible for any unintentional or intentional ingestion of gluten, wheat, or any other food allergens by expo attendees or others who may consume food during the event or after. 
  • The bearer assumes full responsibility of the Wicked Gluten Free Expo tickets, once (s)he receives it. Wicked Gluten Free has no liabilities - financial, legal, or otherwise - in case the delivered tickets are stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed or rendered unusable in any other way.
  • Kindly note that www.wickedglutenfree.com is the sole authorized source for purchasing Wicked Gluten Free Expo tickets. If you obtain your ticket(s) from any other unauthorized source, you take on the risks of those tickets being counterfeit or reported to be stolen. The issuer has the right to refuse such stolen/counterfeit tickets and declare them as void.
  • The Wicked Gluten Free Expo tickets delivered to you are not meant to be used for illegal reselling, copying, reproducing, or misrepresenting in any form. You cannot use the ticket(s) for any promotional/advertising purposes either (including sweepstakes and competitions) without our prior approval. Any proven record of such activities will result in immediate seizure and cancellation of your ticket(s).
  • Wicked Gluten Free retains the right to decline any and all future sales of tickets and/or merchandise from customer(s) who have executed chargebacks, regardless of outcome.
  • If the Wicked Gluten Free Expo is cancelled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, Wicked Gluten Free has the sole and absolute right to:
    i) reschedule the event, or
    iii) not issue any refunds.
  • All tickets are non-refundable
